The Charlie Polizzi's Warrior of the Angels Foundation, established in memory of Charlie Polizzi who valiantly fought against Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia (CDH), is thrilled to announce the 4th Annual Crusade of Hope (on a boat!).
This unique event sets sail to both illuminate the challenges of CDH and honor the memory of infants lost too soon. As we embark on this journey together aboard the Dutch Apple Cruise Line, we unite in support of groundbreaking CDH research and the bereaved families, aiming to enhance survival rates and the quality of life for affected children.
Your participation and support will not only contribute to this noble cause but also keep Charlie's spirit alive, steering us toward hope and healing. Join us in making waves for CDH awareness and infant loss support.
