Support our Crusade of Hope Against CDH

 

Between 2019 and 2021 we raised over $40,000 to support Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia(CDH) Research at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, which is the #1 hospital for this diagnosis. Our son, Charlie, was born with this birth defect on February 19, 2018. He passed away in his mother’s arms at an hour and fifteen minutes old due to the lack of lung development and his chest cavity being crowded by his abdominal organs, such as his stomach and liver. Charlie is our Warrior of the Angels looking down at us and protecting all the babies taken too soon to the playground in the sky.

 

Below are the available sponsorship levels for Crusade of Hope Gala. Each sponsor will have their logo displayed at the venue. The 2023 event will take place on Saturday, April 22nd, at 5pm, and will be held at the Edison Downtown, in Schenectady, NY. We expect to have at least 100 people in attendance this year. This event will help to build awareness for CDH and improve the survivability of all infants born with CDH in the future. We strive to find the cause as well as enhanced treatment capabilities for all CDH patients and to increase access to care for all these little warriors. 

 

In 2021, we expanded our mission to not only create awareness for CDH but we will also be providing services to enhance the emotional stability for families following the loss of an infant child. We have partnered with the Albany Medical Center’s NICU to support parents when they need it most. These parents need more support than ever so they can remain strong for their babies who were taken way too soon.
